This is where you can find out more about me, my passion and my Kembara.
Let me start by saying that I fundamentally believe that each and every individual has unlimited potential. I am dedicated to inspiring, encouraging and empowering leaders to navigate their careers and DISCOVER THEIR TRUE NORTH. This is where my passion in HR, and in particular talent development is anchored on.
Having a career spanning over two decades in multiple industries, I have led HR teams and worked with CEO’s, Senior Management and the Board to design and implement Strategic HR initiatives that is fit for purpose and help organisations achieve their objectives.
In my professional career and civil society involvements, I have nurtured and developed leaders at various levels and industries. I particularly love to work with young and emerging talents, top executives and management teams to walk their purpose in achieving their ambitions and goals for them and their organisations.
I am also a Certified Pilot, and I may be able bring a unique perspectives and approaches to work and business that is built through the rigour and experience required to fly an aircraft. This perspective can offer valuable insights and strategies that may not be readily apparent to those without this background.
This is where I share with you my Kembara or Adventures of Flying, and what it means to me.
As the saying goes… “We fly because it’s in the blood which runs through our hearts. Flying to us isn’t about getting from point A to point B in a short amount of time – it’s about exploring the world from an angle that most people don’t even bother to reach for.”
I fly for the adventure, for the discipline and rigour.
I fly to feel free and heal from the busyness that is on the ground. Not to runaway from the hustle and bustle, but to look at it from a different perspective. That is why I call it my Kembara or Adventure.

As part of my Coaching engagement, I do offer the chance for my coachees to go on a discovery flight with me. This is where you will be invited to discover yourself and reach heights that you have never thought before.
If you are not one of my coachees, you may also have the chance take part on some other exciting Kembara with me including:
